ONLINE PURCHASE - RETURN
We want you to love your new pieces, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for regular priced merchandise.
Sale items can be exchanged or a store credit can be provided within 14 days of the original purchase date. All sale items purchased with an additional discount (i.e. additional 20% off) are a final sale. Black Friday sale items are a final sale.
Regular and sale priced formal dresses & gowns are a final sale.

Once your request is approved, please ship your garment & original packing slip to:

When we receive your garment, we will assess the condition of the garment and we will issue a full refund to the original purchase method. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Alternatively, you are welcome to return your purchase in person to our store at 409 Main Street, Selkirk. Please bring your original packing slip upon visiting us at the store.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
